Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to the old town next to to monarchy Santa Catalina, the main plaza and Arequipa for 6 nights. Incredibly nice breakfast with cereals, fruit, and eggs. Marvellous and unbeatable location adjacent to the monastery en on very short walking distance from the main square. Really great stay, as always.

We loved the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and the Santa Catalina Monastery. The delicious breakfast, with freshly made eggs, was a great way to start the day. The fact that they were able to find us an English-speaking dentist in such a timely manner was truly impressive. a wonderful few nights and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Arequipa.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the Santa Catalina monastery and a few minutes' walk from the bustling Plaza de Armas. the room was immaculately cleaned every day, with comfortable bedding and reliable wifi. We loved the breakfast buffet that featured fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs, cereals, and more! the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our sightseeing trips and providing us with helpful tips.

One night, some noise from the neighboring rooms kept us up for a bit.

The breakfast at this place was amazing and the staff were always attentive and helpful. The location is really convenient, right next to a bus stop and just a 20-minute walk away from here. We highly recommend this venue. We really liked the room.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main square and a local monastery, which was a bonus for some sightseeing. The tea station in the lobby was a nice touch and created a cozy atmosphere.

The transportation I arranged through the hotel did not show up, causing me to wait for 30 minutes before finding another taxi. the exchange rate offered for local currency was much higher than the actual rate, and the front desk attendant initially refused to give me a receipt.

I waited for 30 minutes before finding another taxi to take me to the hotel. When I mentioned this at the reception, there was no apology or explanation. Despite this, the staff at Bella Aqp were friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the monastery and main streets.
